Benny's fish pie

I was preparing some of the huge cod Andy caught for lunch today and Benny begged to help. I had some little scraps of fish left over from the fillets so I invited him to make his own fish pies, one for him, one for Joa.
Here is his recipe...
Half fill 2 tiny little metal patty pans with scraps of fish (we used cod, but any white fish would work)

Mix together 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of herb-ed cream cheese and spread a tablespoon on top of each little pie tin of fish pieces.
sprinkle a mixture of fresh breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top and decorate with slices of tomato.
Very proudly talk through all of these steps (over and over again) and then, with your oven glove, on pop them into the oven at about 180 C for half an hour.
Serve with new potatoes and green salad.
Delish, well done Benny :-)
